- Ingredients list from green chillies upto turmeric prepare into a masala paste in a mixie.
Cooking Procedure
- Heat oil, add chopped onions, roast well.
- Add chicken pieces, fry for 2 minutes
- Add ground masala paste.
- Fry for two minutes.
- Add required quantity of water and salt.
- Allow to cook until chicken pieces are soft (Approximately 10 to 15 minutes).
Serving Ideas
- Goes well with rice and also with any of the roti varieties.
