Spicy Chicken

Ingredients

500 gms Chicken
1 Tomato (medium size)
1 Onion (big)
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
3 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
2 tsp Ginger paste
2 tsp Garlic paste
2 tbs Oil
1 1/2 tsp Salt

Cooking Method

  1. Cut the Chicken into small pieces.
  2. Cut the Tomato into small pieces.
  3. Grind the Onion into fine paste.
  4. Mix the Onion paste, Tomato pieces and all the other ingredients except oil with the chicken pieces.
  5. Marinate for 20 minutes.
  6. Cook the Chicken mixture in a pan with lid for 20 minutes on low flame.
  7. In a non-stick pan, heat the oil.
  8. When the oil is hot, add the cooked Chicken to it.
  9. Fry till it becomes brown.

Tips

  • Don't add water to the Chicken.
  • Chicken can be marinated and stored in the Refrigerator for about 24hrs.
  • For a low fat dish
  • Remove the Chicken skin.

Serving Tips

Serve this with rice.
