Food Spicy Chicken Ingredients
500 gms Chicken
1 Tomato (medium size)
1 Onion (big)
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
3 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
2 tsp Ginger paste
2 tsp Garlic paste
2 tbs Oil
1 1/2 tsp Salt Cooking Method
- Cut the Chicken into small pieces.
- Cut the Tomato into small pieces.
- Grind the Onion into fine paste.
- Mix the Onion paste, Tomato pieces and all the other ingredients except oil with the chicken pieces.
- Marinate for 20 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken mixture in a pan with lid for 20 minutes on low flame.
- In a non-stick pan, heat the oil.
- When the oil is hot, add the cooked Chicken to it.
- Fry till it becomes brown.
Tips
- Don't add water to the Chicken.
- Chicken can be marinated and stored in the Refrigerator for about 24hrs.
- For a low fat dish
- Remove the Chicken skin.
Serving Tips
Serve this with rice.
