2 Day Itinerary

Make sure you stick to the one day itinerary for the first day as it covers the most important landmarks of Hyderabad.

Early next day, the love for exquisite architectural beauty in you should drive you early in the morning to have a peek at the Falaknuma palace (south of Charminar). Make sure you call ahead and make sure the palace is open for visitations.

A leisurely auto rickshaw trip to Salarjung Museum (north of Charminar) should provide a relaxing break. Later in the afternoon, check out the Birla Planetarium and the Birla Mandir before proceeding over to the promenade that is popularly known as Tank Bund.

If you want to avoid walking after the exhausting trips, you may simply want to relax in the Lumbini park (southern end of Hussain Sagar) and opt for a boat ride around the Buddha statue instead.
